Toon ultimately goes down as one of if not the greatest college receiver of all-time. Every game was a highlight reel. He shattered every single school receiving record and they should not be broken for years if not decades. In 2011, he accomplished those stats while missing the final 4 regular season games before coming back and putting up an amazing Outback Bowl performance. He should be a guaranteed lock for the Hall of Fame.
