Filling the Dynasty

I've been trying to fill the dynasty back up to 12 full members but have had some trouble doing that. My thinking right now is to wait until the offseason to continue to actively trying to recruit guys.

I think I am going to allow our current members to switch to any team in a BCS conference that is 3 stars or less as long as there is two or less users in that conference. These moves would be aside from the coaching carousel. I know there are guys that want in either the Big 12 or Big East so that's something I'm thinking about. Then after we have all switched we can let new guys just fill in whatever is left.

I like this idea! I got a few guys I can ask about joining up if were looking!

Absolutely. I really like the od running at a full 12, just makes it more fun I think. But like I said if we decide to let guys move to other conferences without coaching carousel then I think we should wait to add them until after that point in the season. So either right before recruiting basically in the offseason or at the beginning of the next season. But if people don't like the idea of having one chance to basically move anywhere then I'm fine with adding people now.

I'm good with either plan, need to get these coaching done so we know where we need peeps! Lol
