It was snowing all game and but the two teams still fought to the last second, literally.Indiana scored first on a 5yd run put of the wildcat. Wisconsin answered back with an 82 yd KO return by David Gilreath. 7-7 after 1.
An Indiana DB read Scott Tolzien's eyes the whole way as he intercepted Tolziens pass and took it to the house. Wisconsin wouldnt go away as they scored on a 6yd TD pass to Nick Toon. 14-14 half.
Wisconsin got the ball after the half and scored on that same drive on a 17yd TD pass to Garrett Graham. Indiana punted and Wisc took advantage as they kicked a FG making the score 24-14. Indiana then scored on a 45 yd run by David Willis to take the lead with less than a minute left. Wisconsin took over with decent field position. Scott Tolzien hooked up with several different receivers in their game winning drive downfield. They got down to the 6 and thats when they kicked the game winner and 18 yarder making the final tally 30-28 Badgers.
Coach Colosimo noted "We really didn't play well today. We had some opportunities that we should have capitilized on and we didn't. Some decisions were made on some passes that shouldnt have been but we made up for them. But hey, we won and thats really all that matters especially near the end of the season."
