That is one thing I noticed in not only my online dynasties but also my personal offline ones as well...the 1st season has a good # of 5*, then the offseason the add a handful, then starting with the 2nd season the #s get cut in half both at the beginning of the season and the offseason additions. The only team I've played with that didn't have a problem with in-state recruiting after the 1st year was Texas, which is similar to real life...if I'm not mistaken, the state of Texas produces more 5* recruits than several regions of the country. I will say, for the most part, recruiting in this year's game is probably the best its been for the next-gen games.
