What conferences have open teams?

I should be able to join tonight or tomorrow but wanted to know what options I have first so I can scout out the teams.

We have a spot open in the big east and big 10. I'm not sure which teams are 4* and below but I think in the big east everybody but west virginia is and i think in the big 10 everybody but penn state and ohio state is 4* and less but I'm not sure. So just let me know who you want and i'll send the invite

Also it appears that after the week is over there will be a pac-10 opening if you wish to wait until then
