#9 Badgers Take it to #3 Oregon State in the Rose Bowl

It was pouring all game and the Badgers of Wisconsin and the Oregon State Beavers came to play regardless. Scott Tolzien played outstanding passing for 277yds on 20 completions with 4 TDs 2 of which went to WR Nick Toon who had a great day himself. He caught 9 balls for 98yds and the 2 scores. The other 2 touchdowns went to David Gilreath who had 4rec for 59 yds and the score with the thrid going to tight end Garrett Graham which was his only catch of the day. With the rain slowing down a lot of the passing game the running backs were put to good use as Wisconsins John Clay ran for a modest 88yds on 26 carries and 2 scores. While Oregon states running back Jacquizz Rodgers stayed more to the outside on his runs as he picked up 70yds on 18 carries and 1 score. Both teams defenses played outstanding despite the big offensive numbers. All in all it was a great played game for both teams and in the end the Badgers prevail 42-32. Rose Bowl Victory for the great town of Madison Wisconsin.

Its sick to look at your roster and realize how good your going to be next year.
