It just means that one person has reported the score and the other hasn't in a user game. This can happen either if a player exits out of the dynasty to quickly or if they can't get back into the dynasty HQ or something like. It just means only one person of the two has registered the score.

weird. Ive seen it before, just didn't know what it was. That makes sense as most times Ive seen it was when one user played another offline.

Ya it took me a long time to figure it out. I always thought it was a bad thing like they reported you to someone lol
