There is a fine line between 3, 4, and 5 star teams...best example:

	Prestige	Overall	Offense	Defense
#4 Oregon	5 *	B+(90)	A-(93)	B+(89)
#19 Oregon St	4 *	B+(89)	A-(92)	B+(88)

One point in each category gets Oregon an extra *...its the same way throughout the 3/4/5 *s

im going 3 stars judging on how fastwe got our programs up and running last time. also thing to note we are gonna have to have a week to get a right feel for the recruiting sliders cuz we dont wanna set it too hard and get owned and dont wannna set it to high and own everyone else

If you go to five star you might as well go to six star because you are very close at that point. But that is an option if you guys wanted to go free-for-all as far as prestige goes. I liked building up programs last year, I thought that was fun, but with a bunch of good guys we could easily pull off a different format. It's up to what ever everybody else wants. We could even go for a coaching carousel type of dynasty. I am open for all suggestions.

would that be like you go into and offline and switch up jobs? cuz if thats what you mean id absolutly love that lol

Ya and we would all start out with non-BCS teams, even possibly start with coordinator jobs, and work our way up. Then we would have a point system that tells how you quickly you could move up schools and how much of a jump you could make.

ive got to say i really like that idea it adds another element into the game and when u get on top u have another thing to be proud of and winning is just that must sweeter

Ya exactly. I guess I can post something in the announcements thread as to how it all would work and see if you guys like it.

how would we do coordinators? jw cuz ive seen people do coach mode ODs where you pick plays the the cpu does the rest

For coordinators we would only play with your side of the ball. So if you were an OC then you would play with only the offense and you would super sim on defense. Of course I would have no way of policing this and in user game it would be normal, but all of your goals would be directed at your side of the ball, and maybe how well your side of the ball does as opposed to your whole team. Like say you have the top offense but lose all your games well you would still be able to move to a head coaching job. Also for recruiting we would have no restrictions while you are coordinator, but you would only be able to add players to your recruiting board that are on your side of the ball, and the CPU would have to recruit the other side of the ball for you. Then of course once you gain enough points you can become the head coach of a smaller school.

We could even start out as say the offensive coordinator of a four star team then move down. I don't know, I am just throwing ideas out there.

coordinator idea sounds cool but idk i like build ur team up coaching carousel idea

That's what the coordinators would be except you would start as a coordinator first and then become head coach at a small one or two star school.

yeah it wud just be hard to really monitor that though but ima out a poll up with all these ideas and the one that wins willl be our setup
