SEC-PAC 12-BIG 10-ACC CHALLENGE

So obviously we can not count our wins against computers but i think it would be a fun to keep track of user conference battles...See which conference is the best this year!

So far: -PT MARGIN-
ACC------------4-0---------- +43
PAC 12---------0-3---------- -34
SEC------------0-1---------- -16
BIG 10---------2-2---------- +7

Just a fun way to keep track of conference battles u can delete it if u dont like it!

I like this idea! Any chance to add extra bragging rights is awesome! Obviously the schedules are gonna be kind of funky this season, but next season I'll try and set it up so we have an even amount between each conference or something like that. Good idea though! ACC is gonna win of course

Im just hoping Boston College will feel up to playing another Big 10 team next year after Illinois is finished with them! Coach Boone intends to turn this program around!!! Lets just say get used to this...

Haha I thought you were just a Big 12 team that is just displaced lol

Very true i would have much rather gone texas tech...Illinois will simply have to become a high scoring no defense team...it just has to happen! lol

I let the PAC-12 down:( and I love the idea of this thread!

Would it help if we called your team Illinois Tech or Texas Tech North or something like that lol. But there is always hope in the future because the plan is eventually expand into all conferences, but I'm not sure how that will work yet.

Go PAC-12!! It is obvious who will be the most dominate after Oregon State's thrashing of the FCS Bulldogs 70-17!

thanks for positive feedback! just thought it would be fun to look at this year by year see who dominates and who is improving over time. i agree with SEC being at a slight disadvantage but perhaps we can scedule an extra non conference for the 2 of u and make up for it!

Yeah the SEC is at a bit of a disadvantage in year one, but when Mich signs up things will probably even out a bit more, depending on where he chooses. And also the ACC only has two teams for now, but now that we are doing this I can make the schedules a little differently next year. But it will at least be something really cool to look at and keep track of

I can switch to Vandy or Kentucky if that will help even things out

No you're fine cause if you switched then the ACC would be in the same situation with two users. So right now I think we have a pretty good balance but I expect things to change a lot with the coaching carousel.

I really wanted Colorado but the PAC 12 was full.

Oh yes, you were able to get that Rutgers program headed in the right direction and now you will be able to do the same hopefully at Virginia except you will have many more seasons than before.

updated standings through week 3! also included each conferences margins whether they be positive or negative...strongest conference is a runaway as of now with the ACC at 4-0! Big 10 is holding their own at 2-2 and a positive margin! While the Pac 12 seems to not realize the season has started going 0-3 to users in the early season. SEC rly hasnt had much of a chance yet just sitting at 0-1 early in the user battle! the next few weeks should get very interesting before conference play gets into full swing!

The SEC is just lucky they don't have to play the mighty ACC...yeah i am looking at you MISSISSIPPI STATE...LOL!!

As Coach Boone's good friend Coach Carter from the PAC 12 always says, "Dont bring apple juice to a grown man's party."

i just hope we can meet in a bowl game, unforunately im planning on going further than the papa johns bowl! next year perhaps a trip to north carolina shall be planned...

I like this, im off work today, ill update my pre season report that i didnt fill out yet, and my week 2 and 3 recap.

PS is there rules to where you can go coach? do they have to be hc jobs, have to be in the big 10, pac 12, sec or acc etc...?
