Scheduling for next year and new player recruitment

Since we are closing in on the end of the year I figured I start a thread about how we want to go about scheduling and replacing players for the next year. We currently have 7 players and I believe we need to get to 8 minimum. If we can't get 12 I would suggest we only play 2 user games a year ( 1 conference 1 non-conference). As far as new player recruitment is concerned, I guess King should just place a thread on the NCAA forums. I have someone that wants to jump in but I just don't think he would be active.

Any suggestions?

Ya I want to get as close to 12 as I can, but I won't wait around forever. There is one guy on the waiting list already so he should jump in. Unfortunately brhans has not been on in weeks. I should have let him go already but I was reluctant because of declining numbers. I'm going to go after people that are going to be active first and foremost, so I am going to hold off on your guy unless he says he will be active. I'm going to post on several different sites to try and get people. The one thing I'm not sure of is if we should wait until after offseason or just let people join in right after bowls?

As for the user games I would like to keep it at three because I like the rivalry game idea. I think it will be good once we good more activity in general. If we go to 2 games then you will play basically the same 2 people every year which could get boring, but I'm open to hear what you guys think.

I say bring people in after the bowls because thats what its like in real life. And user games doesnt matter to me you do what you think will help this dynasty keep running smoothly

Ok first I think we can have people that want a different school can change then we will fill in the rest of the spots with new guys.
