Recruiting

Has anyone tried it for a full year. I understand its a real bitch.

i wanna see how hard the recruiting sliders actually make it to recruit.

I haven't completed a full season yet but so far it is harder. I think the difference is that the max hours you can spend on a player is one hour where as last year you could spend nearly four if you really wanted too. Other than that it is fundamentally the same with just a new look.
