In a defensive struggle Usf defeats West Virginia 21-9. Usf lost their starting qb and top 2 hb's but held on for the victory on the strength of their defense. Leading the charge on D was MLB Michael Lanaris with 11tackles 2tfl 1int and 1td. In the first qtr he returned a pick 70 yards for the score to get the Bulls going and they never looked back.

Dang the MLB is amazing. I would be shocked if he didn't bring home multiple awards

Yeah, he had an off day as far as tackles go! Very Happy Three picks and three touchdowns! Not a bad percentage. We will see what he can do against Rutgers to help bring Usf to national prominence!
