With the wins over Florida and now Georgia, Tennessee is sitting right where they want to be at this point. After years of being a consistent 3rd in the East, Tennessee is glad to be in this position atop the East.
The game lost a little of its luster after Coach Cko left the Bulldogs unexpectedly this week, but the Bulldogs still made it a game. Both defenses played at the top of their game, but Tennessee's defense capitalized on their turnovers. Georgia forced 3 INTs, but Tennessee forced 2 turnovers and turned both into 6 points. Both offense's put themselves into position to win, but errors by Georgia cost themselves points.
Very uneventful game, only highlight reel play was by Tennessee's Defensive Impact player Senior Eric Gordon. His 99yd INT-TD jump started Tennessee they never looked back...
