We could start by being coordinators at same a four or three star BCS school but then you would become the Head Coach of a one or two star school to start off with depending on how quickly you left to go to a new school.

I am voting for four star or lower. I really like the coaching carousel thing, but I was just thinking that if we start at one or two star schools and work our way up it could realistically takes us five or six seasons to get to even four star. And I think that would kind of take away from building up just because it takes so long. So that is why I said we should go with four star or lower. That way we can build up our teams but not have to come through this long winding path. I do think however that we should have restrictions on which four star teams you can be. For instance a team like North Carolina will not be allowed. So maybe all four star and below teams that are not ranked in the top 25 or something like that. I can gather a list of all those teams later.
