Should there be Restrictions on which players you can talk into staying in School?

Should there be restrictions on which players you can talk into staying? Restrictions will be as follows:

  • Heisman winners or Finalists
  • Any Season ending awards winners.
  • Any player with an overall rating of 95 or higher.

It's going to be only Heisman winner that you can't persuade, and if a guy that wins an award/heisman is less than 90 overall then you can still try to persuade them.

No I mean under 90 if they won an award/heisman. If they didn't win an award/heisman and are under 95 then you can still persuade them.
