Aggies Recruiting Report

The final commit for the Aggies is Vincent Church the #2 corner in the class, right behind fellow Aggie commit Chris Clemens. Church is the #4 rated player in the country giving the Aggies the #3, #4, and #5 players in the country. Church is a lanky 6'1" 190 pound CB from Galveston, Texas. Church has excellent pure coverage skills and will press anyone at the line, but his one weakness is his speed, Church only ran a 4.5 forty. If the coaching staff can get him to increase his speed he will be an All-American during his career due to his top rate fundamentals. The good thing for Church and the Aggies is that they will be very deep at corner the next two years and he won't have to see the field much if any, giving him plenty of time to improve upon his weaknesses. The Aggies really had to fight to get Church as he had previously soft committed to Texas Tech, and he was also recruited heavily by LSU and Texas.
